Betway is a safe and secure casino that is regularly audited by eCogra, who basically run checks to make sure that they are as fair as they claim to be and then post the results of these checks for all to see.
However, we do have a concern regarding the fact that Betway seem to enjoy withholding bonuses and, in some cases, stopping players from getting their winnings.
This is one of the biggest things that players worry about and while they never expect it from established brands, it can actually happen anywhere. In some cases, they have a valid reason to do it and once they speak with the customer then this will be cleared up.
The issue in Betway’s case is that they don’t seem very willing to communicate. At the time of writing one major user review site has actually placed them on a temporary blacklist until these issues are sorted.
